We occasionally have puppies available and have a waiting list for any litter we plan. If you are interested in a puppy then please send me a detailed e-mail stating why you are interested in the breed, what you know and the research you have done on the breed, your personal circumstances including work commitments and family members etc.
One-line e-mails will not be responded to.
We expect to get to know all prospective puppy owners over a period of time and actively encourage potential owners to visit us in our home a few times. This will give both parties the chance to get to know each other and the dogs. We may wish to carry out a home check or ask for references as well. If I cannot do this in person, then I will arrange for someone else to do it on my behalf. However, we appreciate that logistics can sometimes get in the way so a list of all the forthcoming shows we can be seen at is below. So please feel free to come along to shows for a chat and to meet the dogs or to arrange a visit to our home where you can see the dogs in their own environment. However, please also note that people are expected to collect the puppy in person from my home. I will not deliver any puppies.
Also, anyone who wishes to give a Basenji a home for the first time is encouraged to read ‘The Basenji Put-off’ this can be found here.
Please be aware that there is never any guarantee that there will be a puppy available for you.
We plan to be at the following shows in 2009: Please contact me for further details of these shows.
